Refund Policy

All sales are final

Purchases on MyStats — including paid unlocks of a creator's locked stats — are non-refundable. When you pay to unlock a profile, access is granted immediately and the digital content is delivered in full at that moment. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any reason, including:

• Disappointment with a creator's answers
• A creator later editing or removing stats
• Accidental purchases
• No longer following or being interested in the creator

What you're buying

An unlock is one-time access to the stats a creator has chosen to lock, as they exist and as the creator maintains them. Stats are self-reported and not verified by MyStats — see our Terms of Service.

Unauthorized charges

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us at our contact form or through your card issuer. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
